1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any products or services provided by CoRE Solutions GmbH ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.

2. Non-Custodial Services

Our products are non-custodial, meaning:

• We do not store your private keys, seed phrases, or passwords
• We cannot recover or reset your wallet credentials
• You bear sole responsibility for securing your assets
• Transactions are irreversible - we cannot cancel or reverse transactions

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Not be a resident of prohibited jurisdictions (currently including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea)
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Keep your devices and backup phrases secure
• Not use our services for illegal activities
• Ensure all provided information is accurate
• Be solely responsible for tax obligations

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

5. Hardware Wallet Purchases

For hardware wallet purchases:

• All sales are final - no returns on activated devices
• Prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes
• Delivery times are estimates only
• You must verify device authenticity upon receipt

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software are our property or licensed to us. You may not:

• Reverse engineer our products
• Use our branding without permission
• Redistribute our software against license terms

Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by German law:

• We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages
• Total liability is limited to the purchase price paid
• We disclaim warranties except as required by law

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Munich, Germany.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
